Gonzo's BiggDogg Brewing

TowerPinkster worked with Gonzo’s BiggDogg Brewing to convert the former car showroom and mechanics shop into a new 10,750 SF restaurant and brewery. The space provides a unique atmosphere as a means to shape the future of Gonzo’s. Designers maximized the use of its existing and expansive glass windows which allows passersby a glimpse of the activity and energy taking place inside the building. The restaurant and bar portion consist of a variety of seating configurations with a large bar accommodating more than 20 people.

The brewery houses a new 15-barrel system, four fermentation tanks, eight serving tanks, and materials storage, and was designed in such a way as to house a future bottling system.
