Northwood University

TowerPinkster recently designed the new 21st-century apartment-style facility within a recently purchased wooded property along the north side of campus. The building is nestled into the trees with views of adjacent wetlands and open spaces. With a strong pedestrian connection to the heart of campus, the building is part of students’ transition from adolescence into adulthood.
The 80 units feature kitchens and living spaces in order to create an apartment-style living. Each unit arrangement ranges between two and four bedrooms, along with individual room options. The new building replaces the university’s existing South Village Housing complex, upgrading students’ living and learning environments for years to come.
